Most people spend more time picking baby clothes or researching schools than delving deep within and connecting with the highly intelligent and conscious being who journeys into this world through us but not from us.

I’m putting down this list of books because I have been immensely benefitted by them. There are so many books in the market but few focus on pre conception to birth in a way that engages the parents to be physically, emotionally and spiritually. Letting go of fears, accepting limitations, fulfilling ones own desires before conception, understanding the journey of the soul of the soon to be born/manifest, birthing without violence etc are just some of the much ignored aspects of pregnancy and childbirth.

I hope that you will invest time and effort into this wonderful challenging yet rewarding gift of a journey and partake of the knowledge and wisdom in these books.

The first three are MUST reads!
