Allowing myself

by | Jul 26, 2014 | Poems | 0 comments

Moving images, throbbing energies
Expanding from within
Engulfing from outside
spirit enriching body and nourishing back to spirit
experiencing many dances
exploring all possibilities
Enjoying mostly, resisting sometimes
Tumbling playfully over mental blockaged
Soaking up more spirit
Absorbing, devouring, satisfying
Vibrations stirred, not shaken
Connecting with some ancient knowingness in me
Serenity, spaciousness, porousness
Thirty minutes of timed meditation
Knowledge of a lifetime to come
Allowing myself no stress
Allowing myself no expectation
Allowing myself no judgment
Allowing myself to accept
Allowing myself to breathe
Allowing myself to feel
Allowing myself — everything!
